Cloud Vehicle Export Management Dashboard

We need a developer to build a custom cloud-based Vehicle Export Management System to replace our current Google Sheets workflow. The goal is to centralize all vehicle export operations—from auction purchase to shipment—into one secure and efficient platform.
The system should minimize manual data work, prevent duplication, and allow full control of stock, bookings, invoices, documents, and reports within a single environment.
Key Modules / Features:
Stock Management (Master Inventory)
Central database for all vehicle data (Chassis No, Maker, Model, Year, Mileage, Base Cost, Fees, Country-Specific Increments).
Records originate from auction purchases.
Predict and auto-fill maker/model fields from chassis number.
Handle multiple vehicles per container and maintain relational links with other modules.
Document Management
Upload and link export-related documents (registration, inspection, export certificates).
Maintain version history and audit tracking.
Automatic status updates across linked records.
Invoicing Module
Auto-generate invoices by selecting chassis numbers from stock.
Apply country-based percentage or fixed fee increments.
Track invoice status (paid, pending, overdue).
Link invoices directly with containers and bookings.
Booking & Shipment Management
Assign vehicles to containers and manage ETD/ETA, freight cost, and agent details.
Attach shipment documents (inspection, surrender copies, etc.).
Update booking status automatically as related items change.
Reporting & Dashboards
Real-time insights by country, booking, sales, or status.
Weekly/monthly summaries for sold, shipped, or invoiced vehicles.
Export reports to Excel or PDF.
Automation & Workflows
Automated document status updates and fee recalculations.
Linked updates across all related tables (vehicle → invoice → booking).
Optional alerts for pending payments or shipments.
User Roles & Access Control
Admin (full access), Internal Staff (standard access), Agents (restricted by country).
Secure login system with cloud authentication.
Technical Requirements:
Database: PostgreSQL or MySQL (ACID compliant).
Deployment: Cloud-based (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
UI: Tabular data interface with fast filtering, sorting, and predictive entry for vehicle details.
Include SQL scripts for database setup and concise usage guide.
Scalable structure ready for future API integrations (shipping, accounting, payments).
