Cloud Setup for Automated Trading Algorithms

I need an experienced developer to configure a cloud infrastructure on Digital Ocean for my trading algorithms. Currently, these algorithms run locally on my PC, and I want them to execute automatically in the cloud, with integration to the Interactive Brokers TWS API.
