Cloud Sales, Inventory & Accounts Platform

I need a fully-hosted system that lets my team and I run day-to-day operations from a single dashboard. The software must be cloud native so everyone can log in simultaneously, see live data, and work without local installs or VPN headaches.

Core modules required:
• Sales tracking – create quotations, convert to invoices, record payments, and generate performance reports in real time.
• Inventory management – automatic stock level updates on every sale, low-stock alerts, multi-location control, and simple product import/export.
• Customer account management – unified customer profiles with contact details, purchase history, outstanding balances, and quick statement generation.

Smooth, intuitive UX is a priority; the system should feel modern and responsive with role-based permissions, audit logs, and secure backup routines baked in. Please structure the codebase so future integrations (payment gateways, accounting APIs, etc.) can be plugged in without major rework.

Deliverables are a deployable cloud application, source code, and brief admin/user documentation. Deployment to my hosting or a recommended cloud provider is part of the hand-off.
