Cloud Contact Center Trainer requirement
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m putting together a live, instructor-led programme for IT professionals that demystifies modern cloud contact-centre stacks. We will meet virtually, so you can join from anywhere, and I’m looking for a seasoned trainer, consultant, architect or SME who can guide participants through the full life-cycle—from foundational concepts to hands-on administration—using real-world examples.
Core modules I need you to cover
• Cisco cloud infrastructure with Webex CC / CCE
• Amazon Connect essentials and initial setup
• Genesys Cloud architecture, components and configuration
• Quality Management fundamentals: products, vendors, key features and daily workflows
• Lifecycle Management: overview, feature set and administrative best practices
Deliverables
1. A detailed session outline and slide deck for each module
2. Interactive virtual classes (Zoom, Webex or similar) with labs or demos where feasible
3. Post-session reference material and Q&A support
