Build a batch process to send files to email addresses

1. Files are stored on zoom.com after a particular session - audio and video files
2. The file has to be sent to a set of email addresses that can be configurable anytime
3. The file on zoom to be deleted after sent successfully
4. The batch process needs to be built on cloud so anyone from our team can configure
5. Zoom credentials should be configurable by us
