Build Integrated Customer Cloud Platform

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need to configure a customer-facing cloud platform that lets my clients setup data storage, host their applications, and run data analytics workloads—all while running on top of my own data-center hardware. Public providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure are off the table; every component must live on-prem and tie directly into our existing network, identity, monitoring, and billing stacks for full integration.

The scope covers architecture design, platform deployment, and a smooth hand-off. I’m open to the specific stack you choose—OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph, or another proven toolkit—as long as it meets the functional goals and can be maintained by my team afterward.

Deliverables
• Architecture and integration diagram(s)
• Deployed, tested platform with customer-facing portal and API access
• Configuration scripts/automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar) checked into our Git repo
• Admin and user documentation plus a short knowledge-transfer session

Acceptance criteria
• Users can provision, monitor, and delete storage, app, and analytics resources through the portal or API
• Platform authenticates against our existing directory service and feeds usage metrics into our monitoring and billing pipelines
• All services pass a security review and load test without regression
