Bespoke AI Recruitment Platform

The goal is to build a ground-up, AI-driven recruitment platform that automates everything from candidate discovery through to hiring analytics. Once we have a signed NDA in place, I will share the full product brief, user flows and data schemas, but expect work that spans machine-learning–powered matching, real-time data pipelines, and a responsive front-end for recruiters and candidates alike.

I need two highly capable developers who can dedicate full-time hours, collaborate closely with me, and iterate quickly on features. The tech stack is open at this stage—Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud-native tooling and modern ML frameworks are all on the table—so bring your best recommendations.
