Azure Service Bus Migration - (Max 30 hours) -- 2

Looking for a Azure Cloud Migration expert who has experience in performing a cloud-native service bus migration from a current third-party provider to Azure Service Bus.
Project duration will be max 30 hours.
1) Understand Azure Requirements.
2) Prepare Azure Resources and Network Topology Documentation.
3) Prepare Azure Service Bus Proposal and Cloud Function Diagram.
4) Prepare application dependencies diagram.
5) Understand and prepare application catalog with use case requirements and include the requirements for application migration.

This is basically small migration project. Stop using "Neuron" - third party messaging service provider. And switch/migrate to cloud-native Azure Service Bus (On-prem to Azure) Instead of using Neuron.
So the problem statement is/Why they want Service bus: Currently they are experiencing reliability issues with several legacy applications and is now looking to perform Azure service bus migration from a current third-party provider, Neuron, to Azure Service Bus.
I would need your help to deliver Discovery, Design and Validation.

We have two sections. 1) Activity and 2) Deliverables based on the activity of section 1 and you will be responsible for 2) Deliverables based on the activities of section 1.
For example: the activity is to capture key client requirements around Azure resources, sizing, replication, topology, authentication and use cases then deliverables for that activity will be to document containing all known Azure resources and network topology
If the activity is to validate Azure Service Bus technology fit for all known use cases then deliverables for that will be to propose Azure Service Bus and Azure Cloud Function diagram
Design and create reference architecture. propose Azure cloud infrastructure diagram
