Azure Monitor and Resource Provisioning Expert

I need an expert to fix Azure Monitor issues and provision Azure resources using Pulumi.

Key Tasks:
- Fix Azure Monitor, especially around Application Insights and Alerts/Notifications.
- Provision Azure resources using Pulumi.
- Implement AIOps for better operational efficiency.
-Maintain CI/CD pipelines

Ideal Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure Alerts.
- Proficient in Pulumi for Azure resource provisioning.
- Experience with AIOps and operational automation.
