Azure Migration Architect Needed
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a seasoned Azure architect to steer a full migration of our on-premises servers into Microsoft Azure. The move touches three core services—Azure Virtual Machines for lift-and-shift workloads, Azure SQL Database for our data tier, and Azure Kubernetes Service for containerised applications—so you will need demonstrable experience designing, provisioning, and optimising each of these.
The assignment starts with a discovery of our current estate, followed by a high-level architecture that maps every workload to its Azure counterpart while respecting security, resiliency, and cost-control best practices. From there I want hands-on guidance through the build, data transfer, cut-over, and post-migration tuning stages.
Acceptance criteria
• A clear migration roadmap with effort estimates and risk mitigation steps
• Detailed architecture diagrams and Terraform/ARM/Bicep templates (or equivalent) ready for reuse
• Successful pilot migration proving VM, database, and AKS workloads operate in Azure with agreed performance metrics
• Knowledge transfer sessions ensuring my in-house team can run and scale the new environment independently
