I need a web-based storefront and control panel that lets customers purchase VPS instances and other cloud resources with zero manual touch. Moments after a client pays by credit or debit card, the system must create the VPS, assign a dedicated IP, and email or display the access details. From that point forward, renewals should run on schedule, billing the same card automatically and suspending or terminating the service if payment fails.

Security is non-negotiable, so every user session has to be protected with two-factor authentication. Once inside, clients must be able to rebuild their server, reinstall an OS, change passwords, or scale resources on demand—all executed instantly through the virtualisation API, not by staff intervention.

Behind the scenes I want a clear admin dashboard showing orders, invoices, capacity, and IP pool status, plus the ability to add new compute nodes without downtime. A modern front end (React, Vue, etc.) and a well-documented back end (Laravel, Node.js, or Python are all acceptable) will keep the code base maintainable, and integrating a mainstream card processor such as Stripe will cover payments.
