Phase I focuses purely on software diagnosis. My Gear S3 Smartwatch refuses to finish MST-based card provisioning in Samsung Pay—each attempt ends in a card-addition loop and verification errors. I need a detailed analysis of whatever is behind that behaviour, whether it sits in Tizen OS, the Pay framework, or the cloud-side handshake.
Here’s what I expect in this first phase:
• Collect and review logs or diagnostic traces (ADB, Tizen Studio, or any tool you prefer)
• Pinpoint the root cause of the loop / verification failure
• Produce a concise report that explains the findings and maps out a clear, testable fix or workaround
No code changes are required yet; I just need the forensic work and an actionable plan. If the path forward looks solid, we’ll open a follow-on phase for implementation.
