Amazon Connect Setup & Custom Flow

I already have an active AWS account and I’m ready to launch Amazon Connect. What I need now is an experienced specialist to:
• Stand up the new Amazon Connect instance, applying best-practice setup and security configuration so it’s production-ready from day one.
• Design and build custom call flows for inbound, outbound, and IVR interactions, using Contact Flows, Prompts, and Lambda where needed to create a smooth caller experience.
• Walk me through the finished configuration so I can maintain basic updates myself.
