Affordable 3CX Setup Australia
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete 3CX installation configured for a very small team of 5 – 10 users. Everything must run smoothly for both inbound and outbound calling within Australia, and I want to keep monthly costs as low as possible.
Scope
• Provision and configure 3CX (cloud-hosted or on-prem—whichever delivers the lowest ongoing cost without sacrificing reliability).
• Source and activate Australian local phone numbers only; no toll-free or international numbers are required.
• Create extensions, queues, and ring groups so each team-member can take and place calls from soft-phones or desk phones.
• Upload and map my pre-recorded IVR prompts and build the call-flow menu accordingly.
• Set up voicemails, basic reporting, and fail-over rules; call recording is not needed at this stage.
• Provide a quick hand-over guide so my non-technical staff can manage users and make simple changes themselves.
Acceptance
The system must be live, tested end-to-end (test inbound, outbound, and IVR routing) and ready for daily use. Once calls ring through and staff can dial out reliably I will consider the job complete.
If you have ideas to shave extra dollars off hosting or licensing, please include them in your proposal.
