API Integration sftware

I need an API interface to integrate two commercial solutions: Bitrix24 and IQ Reseller.
These are a CRM and a ERP that need to be integrated to avoid duplicate records of customer companies, contacts and products. Both are cloud solutions and the implementation should be as well located in an independent platform (AWS, Azure, etc)
