ABDM-Compliant Patient Data Platform
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am building a cloud-hosted tool that can store and manage patient records while satisfying the minimum requirements of ABDM. In this first release the focus is on functionality that caregivers actually use every day—clean data entry and update screens, lightning-fast search and retrieval of any patient file, and one-click report generation—wrapped in a security model the auditors will sign off on.
Phase 1 compliance priorities
• Data encrypted at rest and in transit with keys I control
• Role-based user authentication and granular access control
• Tamper-proof audit trails that capture every create, read, update, and delete event
Scope of work
– Design and build a responsive web interface (desktop & mobile friendly) plus well-documented REST/FHIR-ready APIs so other hospital systems can plug in later.
– Set up the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP—your recommendation) using managed services where it makes sense for scalability and cost control.
– Implement the patient-record modules with the three core workflows mentioned above and demonstrate them in the ABDM sandbox.
– Provide deployment scripts, technical documentation, and a concise compliance checklist that maps each requirement to the implemented control.
Acceptance criteria
1. End-to-end demo in a public cloud account I can access.
2. All three workflows complete in under two seconds for a 10 000-record dataset.
3. Pen-test report shows no critical or high findings.
4. ABDM sandbox tests pass for Phase 1.
