Hiring a Full-Time DM Sales Rep (Remote)

I’m looking for ONE serious person to handle Instagram DM sales for my brand.

This is not a side hustle.
This is closing sales in the DMs.

The Opportunity:

$47 digital product

You earn $10 per sale

10+ sales per day is the expectation

That’s $100/day minimum

~$3,000/month

No cap (15–20/day happens often)

I get 200–300 new followers per day, so you’re not chasing leads. The demand is already there.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Having real DM conversations with interested people

Using AI-assisted scripts I train you on

Closing sales (not copy/paste spam)

Working an 8-hour daily shift

If you can communicate clearly and think, this is straightforward.

Training Provided

I will train you on:

AI prompt scripts

Conversation flow

Objection handling

Closing psychology

But training only works if you apply it.

This role requires:

Daily performance

Clear communication

Consistency

If someone slacks or stops communicating, they’ll be replaced quickly. This is performance-based.
