Nohastenowaste

My name is Susan, and I'm looking for a Freelancer to help with a project called "Nohastenowaste". The purpose of this project is to improve asthetics and remove waste from properties and promote healthy living providing trash disposal services. I do not have any specific design requirements; I am therefore open to suggestions from Freelancers. The estimated budget for this project is $1000-$5000. I'd like to find a salesman/saleswoman who can help me build a clientele and make it successful. It is important that you know how to fill out contracts and helpful if you are bilingual.
