Realistic Digital Portrait Illustration Needed

I’d like a high-quality, realistic digital portrait created from the reference photo I’ll supply once we start. I’m after clean, lifelike detailing and subtle lighting that still feels painterly—something that would print crisply at poster size but also look great as an online avatar.

Please create the piece entirely in digital media (Photoshop, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, or your preferred software). Layered PSD or Procreate files are ideal so I can make minor tweaks later, but a flattened high-resolution PNG/JPEG (minimum 4,000 px on the longest side, 300 dpi) is the absolute must-have deliverable.

If you typically show progress shots, a quick grayscale value pass and then a color pass will help me give feedback early and keep revisions minimal. Two minor revision rounds after the color pass should be more than enough.
