convert NETCDF files to GRIB1 format

I am looking for a freelancer to convert 8 NETCDF files to GRIB1 format. The output should contain all the variables from the NETCDF files, not just specific ones. The GRIB1 format is preferred to be used as the final output format. The candidate should be familiar with the NETCDF format and should have sound knowledge in GRIB1 format.
