Climatic Risk Assessment Consultation

I’m considering purchasing an apartment located in Santa Maria del Cedro, Calabria Italy. It’s located close to the coast (an 8 minute walk), and so I’m concerned about climate change and the future danger of flooding. I would like an expert opinion about what kind of risk of flooding, from either Mediterranean hurricanes, or a rising sea level I might be incurring if I purchase the apartment? Would I be taking an inadvisable risk? From a climate perspective would it be unwise to purchase it? I would like an assessment of my risk of experiencing catastrophic climate effects.
