Online lead generation and content manager

I need to find someone to help manage an ongoing project to help with lead generation via FB/INSTA and other sources, also website optimization and importantly creation all of the content and add's based on our discussions and ideas. This is a new personal/life coaching business and I need to find and increase my audience and find new client leads ASAP. I have almost no experience in marketing and content so it will be an ongoing venture for the right person.
