I’ve just spun up a fresh ClickUp (free plan) account and I need it turned into an organised, ready-to-run workspace. My day-to-day work is driven by simple to-do tasks, so the entire structure should stay lightweight but expandable.
What I want done
• Rebuild the workspace from scratch: create a clear “by projects” folder hierarchy and tidy task lists so I can find anything in seconds.
• Add two forms—Contact and Appointment booking for Car Rental and Staycation rental —then map every field into ClickUp CRM so new submissions drop straight into the right list with statuses, assignees and due dates set automatically.
• Connect my existing WhatsApp group with ClickUp so notifications (new tasks, status changes, comments) flow both ways without noise.
• Fine-tune basic automations and custom views so recurring admin is reduced to a click.
• Walk me through the setup in a quick call or Loom video so I understand how to keep things clean.
We’ll coordinate on WhatsApp for rapid feedback. Once the space is neat, integrations fire correctly and I can create tasks from the forms and see updates inside the WhatsApp group, the job’s done.
