Long-Term Software Project Management
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m growing a small portfolio of concurrent web and software builds and need a reliable project-management partner who can stay with me for the long haul. Your top priority will be supporting client communication—owning the calls, clarifying requirements, and making sure expectations stay aligned—while still keeping our developers on track and our workflows continually improving.
We’ll lean on Zoom as our primary channel for face-to-face interactions, but you’re free to blend in whichever asynchronous tools help you capture decisions and surface blockers efficiently. A typical week will see you running three recurring sessions:
• Client updates
• Team sync-ups
• Project planning
Between those meetings you’ll watch timelines, chase down deliverables, keep the task board tidy (we currently use Jira and ClickUp), and flag scope shifts before they become issues. I’ll handle sales and high-level strategy; you’ll translate that vision into actionable sprint plans, assign work to the right developers, and circulate concise status summaries.
Success for us looks like:
– Happy clients who always know where their project stands
– Developers who have clear priorities and minimal context switching
– Repeatable processes that let us scale from a handful of projects to many without chaos
If you enjoy long-term collaboration, clear ownership, and the chance to shape the way an agency grows, let’s talk.
