ClickUp Workflow & Automation Setup

I’ve been using ClickUp in a very basic way and it’s time to turn it into a true command-center. I need an expert who can map out and implement an end-to-end project flow that covers three big pillars: workflow automation, robust task tracking, and overall project management.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Automations that instantly create and assign tasks from form submissions or template triggers, keep statuses in sync, and handle the full cycle of notifications, including automatic time-tracking and logging.
• A tracking system that makes daily, recurring, and project-specific tasks visible at a glance, with clear due dates, dependencies, and easy reporting.
• A clean hierarchy and set of views (List, Board, Calendar, Dashboard) so my team can monitor progress without hunting for information.

Deliverables I’d like to see before we wrap up:

1. Workspace architecture diagram with Spaces, Folders, and Lists defined.
2. Automations activated and tested for task creation/assignment, status updates/notifications, and time tracking.
3. Custom dashboards showing workload, timelines, and any overdue items.
4. A short Loom walkthrough or live session that hands the system over to me and answers my final questions.
