ClickUp Time Tracking Review & Automation

I need a freelancer to research, test, and ideally automate the review of tracked time for a Team Member(January 1st, 2025 - August 31st, 2025). The solution should work either directly in ClickUp (CU) or by exporting data into Excel/Google Sheets for processing.

Scope of Work:

- Export Time Logs
- Export all tracked time entries with full details:
- Date and time logged
- Task name/ID
- Duration
- Any related notes

Discrepancy Checks

- Identify and highlight/remove overlapping time entries (where multiple tasks were tracked at the same time).
- Identify and highlight/remove tasks logged on a different date than the actual task day (with a ±12 hours buffer allowed).
- Flag suspiciously long time blocks (e.g., a single entry exceeding X hours, indicating the timer may not have been stopped).

Output Requirements

- Final file/report with all discrepancies highlighted clearly so I can review and decide if each time entry is legitimate or not.
- Provide instructions/documentation on how to replicate the process (automation, Excel formulas, or scripts).

Deliverables:

- Research summary: Best way to achieve this (in ClickUp directly or Excel automation).
- Tested solution with exported and cleaned time log report.
- Instructions or script/template for ongoing use.

Skills Required:

- Experience with ClickUp exports & time tracking
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets automation (formulas, conditional formatting, macros, or scripts)
- Data cleaning & reporting
