ClickUp Setup for Event Projects

I’m rolling out ClickUp to control the moving parts of multiple event-planning projects and need an expert who can get the workspace production-ready quickly. The main objective is clear project management: clean hierarchies, intuitive task flow, and dashboards that make progress and deadlines obvious at a glance.
You’ll map my existing process into ClickUp, create reusable templates for recurring event types, and set up custom statuses, task views, and automations so the team can track vendors, budgets, and schedules without touching a spreadsheet. If there’s a smarter way to integrate calendars, email, or forms, I’m open to recommendations—nothing is locked down except the goal of keeping events on time and under control.
