ClickUp Setup, Integration & Training

I’m rolling out ClickUp next week for a four-person team and need a specialist to turn our blank workspace into a streamlined engine for daily operations and project delivery.

Scope of work
• Build the workspace architecture—Spaces, Folders and Lists that map cleanly to our business processes.
• Configure task assignments, custom workflows and rule-based automations so recurring tasks run hands-free.
• Enable project management views by setting up Timeline, Gantt and dependency tracking.
• Connect ClickUp with our RedTail CRM (native option or Zapier/Integromat—whichever delivers the most reliable two-way sync).
• Deliver two live training sessions (recorded for later reference) that walk the team through best-practice usage, dashboards and reporting.
• Provide light, on-call support during our first month of adoption to answer questions and help us fine-tune.

Acceptance criteria
1. All core processes can be executed inside ClickUp without manual workarounds.
2. RedTail data pushes and pulls correctly in test cases we’ll supply.
3. Team members can create, assign and complete work while viewing it in Timeline and Gantt formats.
4. Training recordings and a concise SOP document are handed over.
