• Managing instant coffee sales
• Retail expansion
• Social media & marketing coordination

We are looking for someone who can guide us on:
• Proper ClickUp structure
• Workspace organization
• Folder / List / Task setup
• Project timeline & Gantt management
• Task management for cafe operations
• Multi outlet management
• Team coordination workflow
• Dashboard & progress tracking
• Scalable workflow for future expansion

The goal is to build a clean and scalable system to help manage:
• New cafe openings
• Renovation progress
• Equipment setup
• Staff onboarding
• Marketing campaigns
• Retail & distribution workflow
• Daily operational coordination

We prefer someone who:
• Has experience using ClickUp professionally
• Understands business operations & project management
• Can explain things clearly
• Can suggest best practices & scalable structures
• Experience with F&B or retail business is a bonus
