Advanced ClickUp Manager for Rise Capital

Our team relies on ClickUp for every initiative, and I want the workspace running like clockwork. I need an expert who can take full ownership of the platform—auditing the current setup, tightening task management, streamlining cross-department workflows, and surfacing real-time insights for me in clear reports.

You should be fully comfortable with advanced ClickUp features (custom fields, automations, dashboards, goal tracking, workload view, integrations, and permissions). The immediate priorities are:

• Task management – verify that every team and project uses consistent statuses, assignees, and due-date logic so nothing slips.
• Workflow optimization – map processes end-to-end, remove redundant steps, and automate hand-offs wherever possible.
• Reporting & analytics – build executive-level dashboards that roll up KPIs, progress by portfolio, and resource allocation so I have a single source of truth.

Key deliverables
1. Comprehensive audit document outlining gaps and quick wins.
2. Re-configured ClickUp spaces, folders, lists, templates, and automations aligned with the audit findings.
3. Two custom dashboards: one high-level CEO snapshot and one team operations view.
4. Training session recordings plus written SOPs so staff can follow the new structure confidently.
