Bi-Monthly Apartment Cleaning - Marina Del Rey, CA

I'm looking for an experienced cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of my home on a bi-monthly or monthly basis. Here's what you'd need to know:

- Areas to Clean:
- Kitchen: Deep clean, wipe down appliances, clean floors, scrub sinks
- Bathrooms (2): Deep clean, Disinfect toilet, clean shower, mop floors, deep clean countertops, mirrors.
- Living Room: Light clean, Dust surfaces, mop floors, tidy up.
- Bedroom/Office: Light clean, mop, light dusting

- Schedule:
- Cleaning services required one to twice a month.

- Home Specifications:
- Apartment, consisting of 1-2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- This should take only 3 hours -- however, if interested, we have a neighbor that also would like similar service on the same day (so total time for both units would be approximately 6 hours).

Ideal Candidate:
- Attention to detail and thorough cleaning methods.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule.
- Experience in cleaning apartments.
- Either brings natural / green products or willing to using them if we supply.
- Owns basic cleaning supplies
