Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Service
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I manage an Airbnb and need a reliable cleaner to reset the entire property after each guest checks out. Every turnover should leave the space spotless and guest-ready: all rooms vacuumed or mopped, bathrooms and kitchen disinfected, surfaces dust-free, linens changed, towels replaced, bins emptied, and consumables restocked where necessary.
Timing is critical—cleanings must happen immediately after every booking so the next guest can check in without delay. You’ll have full access to the unit’s supplies closet and can coordinate key pick-up and drop-off with my smart-lock system. A brief photo report or message confirming completion is expected each time.
