Large House End-Lease Clean

I’m moving out of a five-plus-bedroom house and need it returned to immaculate, end-of-lease condition . Every room must be cleaned top-to-bottom, but several areas require extra care: the carpets, all bathrooms, the kitchen and the laundry.

I’ll provide access to the empty property on the scheduled day; you bring all products and equipment, including carpet-steam gear and oven-cleaning supplies. Waste removal and final wipe-down of skirting boards, light switches and inside cupboards should be included.

Deliverables
• Full house clean covering at least five bedrooms, two living areas and all common spaces
• Deep steam clean of every carpeted room with stain treatment as needed
• Bathroom sanitisation: showers, tubs, toilets, grout, mirrors, exhaust vents
• Kitchen detail: oven, stovetop, rangehood filters, cupboards inside/out, splashback, sink descaling
• Laundry refresh: lint removal, basin, shelves, floor
• Final walkthrough with me (or photo evidence) to confirm readiness for inspection

Completion is required before the final inspection date I’ll confirm once we agree on timing.
