We are building an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform with Telegram Bot delivery.

What you will build:
- Automated web scraper (Scrapy + Playwright) collecting from 8+ websites daily
- Telegram Bot for subscriber management and alert delivery (python-telegram-bot)
- FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL database
- Claude AI API integration for document analysis and matching
- Simple internal admin panel (FastAPI + HTML)
- Scheduled jobs running nightly (APScheduler)
- Deployed on Hetzner Linux VPS

Timeline: 6 weeks, fixed price, milestone-based payments

Requirements:
- Python — production level
- Scrapy + Playwright — real production scraper experience required
- FastAPI + PostgreSQL + SQLAlchemy

- Linux VPS deployment
- Clean code and documentation

Knowledge Transfer to our local developer is a mandatory final deliverable — includes code documentation, README, recorded walkthrough sessions, and 30-day post-handover support.
