Cross-Platform Productivity App Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m building a new mobile experience called CLAUDE: a personal productivity hub that travels seamlessly between iOS and Android. The core of the project is a robust task manager that syncs perfectly with the user’s calendar so that every to-do automatically lands in the right time slot, sends reminders, and updates in real time across devices.
Scope of work
• Design and develop the full app for both platforms—one shared code-base is preferable (Flutter, React Native or similar) to keep updates simple.
• Implement intuitive task creation, prioritisation, drag-and-drop re-ordering and smart filters.
• Integrate native calendar APIs (Apple, Google) so events and tasks coexist in a single timeline.
• Set up secure cloud sync and basic account management (email, Apple/Google sign-in).
• Build a lightweight admin portal or config file so I can tweak categories and reminder presets without a new release.
• Prepare App Store and Google Play builds, testflight/beta tracks and hand over clean, well-documented source code.
Acceptance criteria
1. Tasks and calendar events display in one unified daily, weekly and monthly view without noticeable lag.
2. A new task added on one device appears on the second device within 5 seconds on a typical 4G connection.
3. All features pass platform accessibility checks (WCAG level AA).
4. Store submissions are approved on the first attempt.
Collaboration tools could be added later; laying a scalable architecture now will make that future expansion straightforward.
If you’re comfortable owning the entire lifecycle—from UX wireframes through deployment—let’s bring CLAUDE to life.
