Claude Code Developer — Build a Web Application (MVP, with ongoing work)
Overview
We are an IT services company based in San Antonio, Texas. We're building a new web-based application and need an experienced developer who works with Claude Code to build it. We already have a detailed product specification written. We need someone to turn it into a working first version (MVP), with strong potential for ongoing work on later phases.

We've kept this posting general on purpose. We have a complete spec and will share the full project details with candidates we shortlist — right now we're focused on finding the right developer.
The work
This is a full-stack web application build. The MVP includes the kinds of features you'd expect in a modern web tool:

User accounts and sign-up
A guided, multi-step workflow (a structured questionnaire / form flow)
A dashboard with clear, color-coded status indicators
File upload and document storage
PDF / report export
In-app calls-to-action and a scheduling step
A clean, professional UI (we provide brand colors and guidance)

Later phases, as potential ongoing work, add an admin/operator console, multi-account oversight, automated notifications, and additional reporting.
Tech and approach
You should be fluent with Claude Code and able to ship a production-quality web app.
We want a maintainable, well-documented modern web stack with secure authentication, encrypted data storage, and straightforward hosting.
The application handles sensitive business data, so security matters: solid access control, multi-factor authentication, encryption at rest and in transit, and clean separation between accounts.
The founder directing this project is non-technical but has a clear written spec and makes decisions quickly. You should be comfortable building from a spec and explaining tradeoffs in plain language.
Required
Demonstrated experience shipping web applications — please share live examples or repositories
Hands-on experience with Claude Code / AI-assisted development workflows
Full-stack capability, including authentication and a database
Clear written communication and comfort working with a non-coding client
Sound data-handling and security practices
Nice to have
Experience with SaaS or business/operational software
A good UI/UX eye
