structural engineering design plans and calculations

I am looking for a structural engineer who is capable of designing plans and calculations for a residential building in California, with a timeline of less than a month. I already have specific materials in mind for the structure and need an experienced engineer to produce drawings and documents for the job. The expected deliverables should include detailed calculations, specifications and reports as well as any other relevant documentation. The engineer should be able to successfully pass all load tests and calculations to ensure the highest degree of safety in the designed structure. I am hoping for a professional, timely, and accurate solution.
