Hi There,
I have a wall that needs to be converted to a passthrough opening. The dimensions of the existing are 124"x 81" and we want to cut the opening size to 108"x35". It is on the main floor and oriented directly above the Lally Columns in the basement, so I believe it is load bearing. We will leave studs at each end of the passthrough and can add an LVL or whatever is needed to satisfy building requirements. I need engineer stamped plans to submit for permit approval with materials needed for the new beam. The address is 6996 s Chaparrel Cir West. Centennial, CO. Please let me know if this is something you can provide, cost and timeline for completion. Thank you!
