structural engineer

I have a large 2.8m length x 1.2m width porcelain island with base units sink worktop AND a porcelain dinning table. I am concerned about the weight bearing on the joist for the bedroom below as the room is sagging down in the middle.

Is it a structural engineer I need to get to have a look to see is there any support needed for the bedroom below eg perhaps a steel beam? Thanks, Alan.
