I'm looking for a Washington State certified Professional Engineer to make a full structural engineering drawing/plan for a new residential home. Your role will comprise:
- Utilizing architectural drawings I've already prepared as the guide for the engineered detailed design. This will enable approval of permits to build.
- Keeping within the bounds placed by the architectural drawings steel sections-sections, wall openings, rooms footprint, and heights. No deviations from this are expected without collaboration.
Ideal candidates should preferably have prior experience working on residential homes and familiarity with Steel construction and raised heel rafter design. You should also possess the ability to translate architectural drawings into comprehensive and create stamped structural engineering plans
