stair and deck safety inspection

I am looking for a safety inspector to conduct an inspection for the outdoor stairs and decks at Hartwood Village Condominiums at McHenry, MD . The deck and stair area is large, measuring over 500 square feet and consist of 15 decks and stairs that serve individual condos. I have not identified any specific areas of concern at this time. I am looking for a professional to provide a thorough inspection of the area and provide a detailed report. I require a qualified individual with the experience and knowledge necessary to identify and assess potential safety risks on this project. I need someone who can communicate their findings accurately and concisely.
