site, grading and erosion plans

I am in need of a civil engineer to create a site, grading, and erosion plans for my property that will be used as a motorcycle training site. The property is 2 acres in size and is currently undeveloped; however, only 1 acre needs to be developed. It will need to include a parking lot for 12 cars, a motorcycle riding range 80'x220', a foundation for a small building (building size=24'x36'). There are specific requirements by the city for the site development, so I am looking for someone who has the expertise to develop a plan that meets my needs and the City of Newnan.
