recruiter for civil industry

Hi there, I am looking for a recruiter to fill specific entry level engineering positions in the civil industry. I'm looking for 1 to 2 years experienced candidates with the necessary qualifications and skills to fill these roles. The recruitment need is urgent, though I am looking to make hires within the next month. Thank you in advance for your help in this endeavor. We can also provide access for data base.
