I needs a geotehnical engineer

I need a level two review for a new concrete slab (60' x 100' x 4”). There will also be a small parking area (60' x 20') and a driveway (20' x 120') on this parcel of land. If this is something you are willing and able to assist me with please email me your fee and requirements.

Attached below is the information regarding a Polk County Building Department's level-2 review.  We were told that all new construction development and modification to existing development projects are required to complete a level-2 review.  The main thing that I learned is that we must have an engineered site plan that shows how the stormwater will affect the site.
