I need a structural engineer to issue a schedule B for a residential second story deck to support a hot tub

i am expanding a deck at the rear of our home it will have a hot tub on it.
i have drawings for the deck. The city requires an engineer to sign off on the deck with a stamp and a schedule B so that i can get a building permit.
