I need a structural engineer

Possibly need piers for foundation for support of house. I have cracks in joint wall in main bathroom and backsplash under cracks is being pushed forward. There are some cracks in masonry on exterior wall. Some piers were installed in different area about two years ago. The soil is brown and sticky when wet and very hard when dry. I need someone to tell me if I need more piers installed.
