I need a structural engineer
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need to apply for building permit for a fence extension retrospectively (did not realise I needed, but fence is higher than 1.5mtr in total). Brick original fence, wood extension. I have plans, and carpenter built. Council requires submission of engineer to justify the structural adequacy of the timber posts / latticing to the existing masonry fence.
