I need a structural Engineer.

A crane has been installed in the property beside us. i don't think it has foundations and has been placed on top of normal concreate i think the weight of the structure has compromised our brick wall footings and has cause the wall to lean into the neighbour's property. I would like to get this assed first and then work through a solution.
