I need a civil engineer

To wind rate pergola for 150mph. I mistakenly built a freestanding pergola in Holmes Beach, FL. They have placed a stop work order until I submit a full permit. Permit must include a FL civil engineer stamp. I attached a drawing & photos. 6" by 6" posts are set in concrete. Span: 13'7" by 6'7". 13'7" span is supported by 2" by 10" boards connected by two 10" carriage bolts at each corner. 2nd layer of boards are 2" by 6" boards spaced ever 10", notched out and attached w/ straps or toe nailed screws. Each corner to have 2 angled wood braces. Final (top layer) to by 1" by 2" laid perpendicular to 2" 6" boards to for lattice work. Height = 8LF.
