I need a Structural Engineer for a vehicle bridge design

I am looking to have a bridge designed. It needs to be 25' long x 10' wide decking of pressure treated lumber. I need it to support a 20,000 pound load at a minimum. Ideally it would be built around I-beam stringers that could be hauled in and assembled at the bridge site. The site is a small creek on a private property in Tennessee replacing a wooden bridge.
